The lyrics for Rock Solid were supplied primarily by Paul. This was the first song to feature "The Toneless Twins", the nickname for Paul and Steve with their unmistakable "Gang Style" backing vocals. This song also had an extra word that was usually only heard by Dean (as Paul or Russ would shout it into Dean's ear) right after "Before you know it girl I'll be into your soul", but in an attempt to keep this website with a family rating I won't say what the extra word was. The version on Days of Darkness is yet another from Ilkeston Wine Vaults on 27th of June 1989.
